The next August will be inaugurated in La Muela, about 23 kilometers from Zaragoza, I-Sleep Hotel. This is a low cost hotel also has the distinction of being dismantled. It was designed by architect Luis de Garrido and acquired by Best Rest Hotels chain, which will launch with 54 rooms.
The hotel consists of modules of 30 square meters of steel and reinforced concrete. Each module contains two rooms separated by a central corridor. Dwellings are small, 18 square meters, including double bed, desk, wardrobe and a prefabricated bathroom.
With this system, the hotel can be enlarged or reduced at will by simply adding or removing modules. Another possibility is to move the entire hotel when it's low season to a more cost effective.
