Menorca Kayak. Day 2. V Jornadas
Pudent Sunrise at bay.
the first day of camping is often hard for some ...
The truth is that we have fallen into tremendous humidity has left the camp soaked. Navigation
Days began at seven o'clock. Everybody up!
The aim was to get in the water at nine and to maximize the day.
always grateful to photograph a sunrise. Manuel MartÃ

E Ignacio, a little later, the following:
The atmosphere was forming the group was fantastic. Here are two good guys who gave us joy: Vincent and Paco.
Medical
the first and the second merchant marine. Displaying the number of photos that appear together it is obvious that the two hit it off:)
A nine o'clock listening to the ominous phrase: DOS MINUTOOOOOOOOOOOOS !!!!! We are! A running again! Have to hurry!!
Shortly after we were already enjoying of Recobeco that offers the north coast of Menorca, Fornells approaching, passing through the impressive walls of La Mola ...
In a corner, Andrew found the lost ball.
Then Andrew did not imagine that the damn ball hard it would take to hospital a couple of days later. An unexpected bump on the head, discomfort in the neck, loss of balance, dizziness ... and the hospital!
About noon we arrived at Fornells. Stretch your legs, replenish water and food and some beer too ....
These days
some buck that joined us in one way or another love the sea. In the picture you have for Alex and Quim. The first, an inveterate surfer, 19 years old. The second Monitor canoeing, Carles assistant and amateur climbing, too.
The Quim Bandarra told me today that will travel to Thailand! :) These things can only produce envy of malaaaaaaaaa!
At about half past one p.m. we sail towards the Cape of Cavalleria. There I make a couple of photos to Dani, who's still out somewhat asleep at spree got two nights ago ....
Soon after, Vincent gets in my way too:) The yellow gave him away!! (Some facebook cronies have put the nickname "Tweety", named after the color that goes with it ... always looks good no?)
At the bottom of the picture stands the tower chiquitita Sanitja. Here we find also a small port, which can provide shelter if necessary. Past
Cape Cavalleria, the group opts for the direct route and soon reached the cove Pregonda ...
The cove is named after the iconic shape of the rock that stands in the photo. Some say it looks like a woman praying. In Menorca, prayer is "Prego" and then ... Pregonda.
During these days I have been testing a couple of new toys: A solar panel and battery can be charged with this board. The test was successful. The plate bore me completely mobile within an hour and a half low. The two devices allow simultaneous charging of two devices (a computer and a mobile for example). You can find details on the web from: www.solargorilla.com and www.powergorilla.com
The truth is that this cove brought me great memories. At this same point a year ago, The Blue Sea and I slept peacefully without imagining the adventures in store for us 45 days that it took to complete the journey around the Balearic coast.
The evening falls gradually. The colors intensify the creek and all the photographers get batteries group. Here Andrew enjoying the neighborhood
And I can not help come to enjoy the view ...
The camp is ready for dinner and sleep. Tonight we visit the wind and wake up to more than one to ensure shops ...
The worse time. Can start looking a few days in the sea will move a little and have to be careful. The projections show westerly winds and some swells. Maybe tomorrow will not go our way ... But hey! We'll see tomorrow!
The journey on this day is reflected in this screenshot of Google Earth:
And here a photo slideshow of the day ...
