Barra da Lagoa is a district town in the municipality of Florianópolis, capital of Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. It was created in 1995 after its separation from the District of Lagoa da Conceição. The district's total area is 4.75 km ² and is located east of the island of Santa Catarina, on the canal that connects the Lagoa da Conceição by the Atlantic Ocean.
