Detective Brownie Try It

Menorca canoe. Day 4. V Jornadas

The day begins as usual ... at seven o'clock ... That
mania so early! Is that mini-vacation we do not ????? :)
moisture was present again tonight. The wind has subsided but the swell is distinguished clearly from the cove Pregonda.
At night before bed, usually the group met around a small lantern hung from a trio of blades.
Dawning in the cove, the blades were in place. Paul watched the sunrise and enjoy the mate, sharing every morning across the lobby of Buenos Aires and Patagonian present in the group;)

had no sunrise, when the whole group was already being used in dismantling the camp. Approaching the time to hear the battle cry ... DOOOOOOOOS MINUUUUUUUUUTOS!

Grrrrrrr! Grrrrrrr! Hobby I've caught the little phrase ... Echoes in my head every day when I wake up ... :)

houses at dawn Pregonda Creek postal form a very very very nice ...

And at nine o'clock in the morning, the most experienced and were ready in the starting line ...

Before leaving, we need to hydrate well! Ignacio comes to it here ...

Viewing the picture ... I can not avoid making a curious association:) his name is Ignacio Fernández
:) Put him an imaginary bowler hat on his head ...
I remember someone?? :) That's it! It is to the brothers Fernandez and Fernandez of the adventures of Tintin !!!!! :) You Ignaciooooooo diver!! Even in the name! :)
Even in the character and everything !!!!! :)

At quarter past nine the whole group is already in the water.
Bledes move to the islands, leaving behind the protection of the cove.
The swell is present with a mixture of western and northwestern getting curious enough to impress more than one in the group.
In little over an hour starting to emerge some tense faces. It is sensed in the environment that will any member of the group with symptoms of dizziness. In a group of 40 people, the probability that this happened was highest. And it was.

was not for Rosa!

Rosa, with its rhythmites duracell bunny was doing as if he had not bothered sea that ... :) All a champion:)

Creek Moving to Pilar, recognizes a band member already complained. Shortly after they are already three people in this situation. We must leave the water as soon as possible but the sea state will not let us go up to Algaiarencs.
Algaiarencs has three beaches, which may be discharged. One of them, precisely oriented to the west, the beach of Es Bot, fulfilled the conditions for a peaceful landing of the group. To be guided precisely in the direction of the existing swell, the beach was protected by huge walls preceding the cove Morell. Said and done. In little more than an hour the whole group was out of water ...

Once here, the group chose the various activities offered by the place.
Some decided to try his skill at surfing:) Here we see Julia with a stylized pose well supported by the ripples ...

Oleeeee! and Oleeeee! by Juanjo:)

Others chose to take a trip a. .. Bassa Verda ... I think it was ...
And others ... hehehe ... others chose to take a medicinal mud bath.
The mud I think I was the second of the beaches Algaiarencs ...

At this point .... hehehehe .... could be very bad and embarrassing to put a picture here of more than one ... but buuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeno! I will not! :) By the momentoooooo! jejejeje!

If you put the odd that hints at what happened over there ....
For now, here you can see Dani showing pectoral ...

really awesome?? Trabajito inflate cost us those muscles every morning! (Dani's actually a plastic inflatable doll ... hehehehe)

Another who was in the mud was Sergi:)

had a good time is it? :)

At this point of navigation, was unable to erase Fede smile from ear to ear on his face. And with so much joy uncontained, could not do anything but ruffled dress costume! :)

Obviously, Federico Cadiz was one of the group ... although I must say that its origin made him lobby also form part of Buenos Aires, Patagonia;)

Other elements of the group rather boring and Seriot, opted to take the little sun. That ricooooo! :)

The sun at this time turned to gold everything he touched ...

Night fell and with her dinner. We had an unexpected visit two units of a kind exquisite fruit: watermelon! As they came to our face? That is a topic that never get to find out ...

here is the development of navigation we did this day ...

The forecast for tomorrow is pretty good.
We can continue without problems! :)
No dizziness, no swell, no wind and no rain.

Famosas Cachondas Mexicanas

Menorca Kayak. Day 3. V Jornadas

night has been long.
About three o'clock the wind has increased its strength and has cast an occasional fly sheet and maladjusted some shops in the camp.
About 10 people were awake at that time looking to put its own house in order!

Early in the morning, the forecasts are confirmed. Sea state, wind and waves do not advisable to continue to Algaiarencs, our next stop. The group is large and varied as far as experience is concerned.

group leaders decide to stay in Cala Pregonda. Tonight peeeeeeeeeero sleep here again ... But we can explore a little around the cove and fall into temptations full Dining!

Initially we approach the islets in the entrance to the cove ...

Some also were delivered to one of the favorite sports in Menorca. The jump into the water from the rocks!

At noon we go to the beach Binimel.la. Binimel.la Creek is next Pregonda.

Here we indulge in the pleasures of beer first ...

And pleasures the paella later:)

Some took the opportunity to strengthen ties as well;) I wonder ... What Paul did with the cap of Rosa? :)

And of course ... after such a feast ... with that little sun so nice ... because there is no other than enjoying a nap:)

Late afternoon and played back Pregonda. The wind gently caressing our faces ....

And back to take the evening to enjoy the "Light of Pregonda")

The night takes over the creek, but not before offering us a gift with your colors ...

The ride today was long muuuuuuuuuuuuuuy! :) Just over 3 km. We sailed! This paddling you know ... is agotadooooooor! :)

let the slide show here ...

As always, photos courtesy of Manuel Martí, Ramón Lorca, Federico Carro, Andrew Koch, Ignacio Fernandez and myself ...

Pityriasis Rosea In Vietnamese

Menorca Kayak. Day 2. V Jornadas

Pudent Sunrise at bay.
the first day of camping is often hard for some ...
The truth is that we have fallen into tremendous humidity has left the camp soaked. Navigation
Days began at seven o'clock. Everybody up!
The aim was to get in the water at nine and to maximize the day.
always grateful to photograph a sunrise. Manuel Martí

captured this:

this
Andrew Koch other:

E Ignacio, a little later, the following:

The atmosphere was forming the group was fantastic. Here are two good guys who gave us joy: Vincent and Paco.

Medical
the first and the second merchant marine. Displaying the number of photos that appear together it is obvious that the two hit it off:)

A nine o'clock listening to the ominous phrase: DOS MINUTOOOOOOOOOOOOS !!!!! We are! A running again! Have to hurry!!

Shortly after we were already enjoying of Recobeco that offers the north coast of Menorca, Fornells approaching, passing through the impressive walls of La Mola ...

In a corner, Andrew found the lost ball.

Then Andrew did not imagine that the damn ball hard it would take to hospital a couple of days later. An unexpected bump on the head, discomfort in the neck, loss of balance, dizziness ... and the hospital!

About noon we arrived at Fornells. Stretch your legs, replenish water and food and some beer too ....

These days
some buck that joined us in one way or another love the sea. In the picture you have for Alex and Quim. The first, an inveterate surfer, 19 years old. The second Monitor canoeing, Carles assistant and amateur climbing, too.

The Quim Bandarra told me today that will travel to Thailand! :) These things can only produce envy of malaaaaaaaaa!

At about half past one p.m. we sail towards the Cape of Cavalleria. There I make a couple of photos to Dani, who's still out somewhat asleep at spree got two nights ago ....

Soon after, Vincent gets in my way too:) The yellow gave him away!! (Some facebook cronies have put the nickname "Tweety", named after the color that goes with it ... always looks good no?)

At the bottom of the picture stands the tower chiquitita Sanitja. Here we find also a small port, which can provide shelter if necessary. Past

Cape Cavalleria, the group opts for the direct route and soon reached the cove Pregonda ...

The cove is named after the iconic shape of the rock that stands in the photo. Some say it looks like a woman praying. In Menorca, prayer is "Prego" and then ... Pregonda.

During these days I have been testing a couple of new toys: A solar panel and battery can be charged with this board. The test was successful. The plate bore me completely mobile within an hour and a half low. The two devices allow simultaneous charging of two devices (a computer and a mobile for example). You can find details on the web from: www.solargorilla.com and www.powergorilla.com

The truth is that this cove brought me great memories. At this same point a year ago, The Blue Sea and I slept peacefully without imagining the adventures in store for us 45 days that it took to complete the journey around the Balearic coast.

The evening falls gradually. The colors intensify the creek and all the photographers get batteries group. Here Andrew enjoying the neighborhood

And I can not help come to enjoy the view ...

The camp is ready for dinner and sleep. Tonight we visit the wind and wake up to more than one to ensure shops ...

The worse time. Can start looking a few days in the sea will move a little and have to be careful. The projections show westerly winds and some swells. Maybe tomorrow will not go our way ... But hey! We'll see tomorrow!

The journey on this day is reflected in this screenshot of Google Earth:

And here a photo slideshow of the day ...

More tomorrow! A hug to everyone! The
